By booking or using the services provided by AG Classic Car Rental, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Vehicle Ownership and Use

AG Classic Car Rental owns and operates a single 1957 Chevy Bel Air. All rentals are subject to the terms outlined in the rental agreement. Use of the vehicle is limited to approved purposes within a 30-mile radius of Hollister, CA unless otherwise stated in writing. The vehicle is provided as-is and is subject to availability.

2. Renter Eligibility

To be eligible to rent the vehicle, the renter must:

  • Be at least 25 years old
  • Hold a valid United States driver’s license
  • Carry active automobile insurance with the following minimum coverages:
    • $100,000 per occurrence for bodily injury
    • $50,000 for property damage per accident
    • $100,000 for uninsured motorist coverage

Proof of insurance is required prior to the rental.

3. Limitation of Liability

AG Classic Car Rental is not liable for:

  • Any personal injuries, damages, delays, or losses incurred during the rental period
  • Incidents resulting from mechanical failure, road conditions, weather, or third-party interference
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

Renters assume full responsibility for the vehicle and any consequences arising from its use during the rental period.

4. Reservation, Cancellations & Refunds

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
  • Final payment is due 5 days before the rental date.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of up to 50%.
  • Emergency cancellations will incur a 10% fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental.

5. No Warranty

The vehicle and associated services are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AG Classic Car Rental disclaims all liability for fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted service.

6. Use Restrictions

  • Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • Violations may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
  • The renter may not take the vehicle outside of California or beyond the permitted mileage radius.
  • Chauffeur services are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.
  • Delivery and pick-up options are available for an added cost.

7. Traffic Violations and Tolls

The renter is fully responsible for all tickets, tolls, penalties, and fees incurred during the rental period. Charges may be applied to the credit card on file.

8. Roadside Assistance

If any issues occur during the rental, AG Classic Car Rental will provide roadside assistance within a 30-mile radius of Hollister, CA. Refunds or credits will be issued only in cases of mechanical failure that render the vehicle inoperable.

9. Updates to This Disclaimer

AG Classic Car Rental reserves the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the renter to review this page prior to confirming any reservation.
